Monkstadt House
Built in 1730 and restored in 2010
From ruin to magnificent country living. This house belonged to the Chief of the MacDonalds of Sleat. and was built in 1730 from material quarried from the ruins of Duntulm Castle. The Clan Chief moved into Armadale Castle in 1798.
